The Williams Vikings waltzed into their contest  on Saturday with three straight wins  but they left with four. They walked away with  a   45-36  win over Fredonia. That's two games straight that Williams has won by exactly nine  points.
 Williams was led to victory by  Fern Chatters and  Kai Mortensen.  Chatters  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 11  rebounds, while  Mortensen  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and 12  rebounds. Mortensen hasn't dropped below 15points for seven straight games.  Kenzie Orozco was another key contributor,  scoring five points along with seven  rebounds.
 Williams pushed their record up to 12-9 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Fredonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Williams will play host again and welcome Joseph City, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Fredonia, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Beaver Dam at 7:00  p.m. Beaver Dam is coming into the  matchup on a five-game losing streak.
