The Tri-Cities Christian Eagles scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 120-80 on the road. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
  Noah Cocolough had a dynamite game for Tri-Cities Christian,  scoring 30 points along with eight  rebounds. It was the first time this season that  Cocolough  pulled down eight or more  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Bradden Fields, who  scored 11 points.
 Tri-Cities Christian's win bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Varsity Opponent, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost eight of their last nine contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 358-1291-2 record this season.
 Tri-Cities Christian will  take on the Blue Devils at 8:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Tennessee (Unicoi County is ranked 119th, while the Eagles are ranked 139th). As for Varsity Opponent, they will look to defend their home court  on Friday against the Eagles at 7:00  p.m. BOLCA Prep knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 24 games -- so hopefully the  like a good challenge.
