The 5-foot-9, 160-pound
Bixby (Okla.) senior receiver had a monster offensive season with 98 receptions for 1,515 yards (15.5 average) and 24 receptions, leading the Spartans to a 13-0 season and state 6A-2 championship.
In the state title game, with all eyes on him, the Oklahoma State commit had a career high 16 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown.
But because the Spartans needed it, Presley ran the ball 10 times for 49 yards and returned a kickoff back for a touchdown.
And that was just all on one side of the ball.
As a lockdown corner, had 26 tackles on the season with seven interceptions, and three interceptions in a 57-7 win over Jenks. In that game, he punted four times as well. He added two pick 6s on the season and two other returns for scores, giving him 29 TDs on the season.
For it all, he was selected the MaxPreps Oklahoma Player of the Year presented by Suddenlink by Altice.
In his fourth season, Bill Blankenship led
Owasso to an unbeaten 13-0 season and 6A-1 state championship, Oklahoma's highest division.
Utilizing a balanced offense that averaged 470 yards per game with numerous weapons, the Rams won a lot of games putting a lot of points up. But Owasso got defensive in the state finals, recording a 14-6 win over Perennial champion Jenks.
For the title and perfect season, Blankenship is the Oklahoma Coach of the Year.

SUDDENLINK BY ALTICE OKLAHOMA ALL-STATEFirst TeamQB — Gunnar Gundy, Stillwater, 6-2, 195, Sr.The son of Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy threw for 3,481 yards and 47 touchdowns and three interceptions for the state 6A-2 runner-ups. His accuracy (75 percent, 205-of-273) was what really stood out.
QB — Asher Link, Metro Christian (Tulsa), 6-1, 205, Sr.Led the state in passing yards (4,044) and touchdowns (52) for the state 2A champions. Also rushed for 1,350 yards and 21 touchdowns. In the state title game, a 42-32 win over Vian, Link completed 26-of-32 for 271 yards and three TDs, and rushed for 148 yards and three scores.
RB — Sevion Morrison, Edison (Tulsa), 6-0, 195, Sr.The Nebraska commit had another super season with 170 rushes for 1,625 yards and 26 touchdowns, after going for 2,728 and 39 TDs as a junior. He had 161 total yards in the first quarter before a hamstring injury in a 42-41 quarterfinal 5A loss. Edison finished 10-2.
RB — Qwontrel Walker, Stillwater, 5-9, 185, Jr.Carried the ball 212 times for 2,018 yards — second most in the state — and 32 touchdowns, including for more than 200-yards four times, including 202 yards and two scores in the state 6A-2 finals, a 40-36 loss to Bixby.
WR — Brennan Presley, Bixby, 5-9, 170, Sr.The state Player of the Year finished with 232 career receptions for 3,448 yards and 40 touchdowns and 16 touchdowns. Gundy is getting a good one at Oklahoma State.
WR — Anthony Bland, Stillwater, 6-2, 190, Sr.The Princeton commit led the state with 100 catches for 1,304 yards and 21 touchdowns for the 6A-2 runner-ups. In two seasons, the state's No. 23 senior recruit, finished with 140 catches for 1,981 yards and 28 touchdowns.
TE — Mario Kirby Owasso, 6-0, 235, Sr.Was targeted selectively for the state 6A-1 champs and boy did Kirby clean up, with 11 touchdown catches among his 25 receptions for 620 yards (24.8 per catch). Kirby also carried the ball in short yardage situations and had 16 tries for 93 yards and three touchdowns. Might have been the best blocking tight end in the state with 24 pancake blocks.
OL — Andrew Raym, Broken Arrow, 6-5, 285, Sr.The state's top senior recruit, according 247Sports, led Broken Arrow to a 9-3 season, earning him to the Tulsa World all-state team for the third straight year. He was a 2017 MaxPreps Sophomore All-American.
OL — Eli Russ Plainview (Ardmore), 6-5, 305, Sr.Ranked the No. 5 senior recruit in the state, the Oklahoma State commit helped the Indians to an 11-2 season. They averaged better than 43 points per game.
OL — Kobe Williams, Bixby, 6-4, 250, Sr.Paved the way for Bixby's 6A-2 championship while starting every game for the second consecutive season. Bixby (13-0) averaged 488 yards per game.
OL — Ben Sparks, Norman, 6-3, 290, Sr.Ranked the No. 21 senior recruit in the state, the SMU commit helped the high-powered Tigers to a 7-4 season. Norman averaged 285 yards passing and 237 yards rushing per game.
OL — Austin Woods, Verdigris (Claremore), 6-7, 280, Sr.An All-American baseball player, the Arkansas State commit helped the Cardinals to a 10-3 season and more than 400 yards per game. The state's No. 18 senior recruit also had 41 tackles and eight sacks on defense.
AP — Bryce Drummond, Pawhuska, 6-4, 210, Jr.Threw for 3,336 yards and 35 touchdowns for the 12-2 Huskies, who reached the Class A finals. Drummond also rushed for 860 yards and 23 touchdowns, averaged 41.6 yards per punt and added five catches, eight tackles and six two-point conversions.
K — Logan Ward Deer Creek (Edmond), 6-foot, 205, Jr.The Antlers finished 5-5, but likely would have been below .500 if not the heroics of Ward, who made 9-of-11 field goals this season with a long of 55. He also drilled all 32 of his extra point tries. Of his 51 kickoffs, 33 went for touchbacks.
DL — Ethan Downs, Weatherford, 6-4, 235, Jr.The state's top-rated junior lived up to his billing with 81 tackles and seven sacks for the 12-3 Eagles, who reached the 4A state finals. He's already committed to Oklahoma.
DL — Andre King, Owasso, 6-2, 190, Sr.The defensive end led the state 6A-1 champs with 10 sacks to go along with 49 tackles. He had two sacks each against Union, Edmond North and Broken Arrow.
DL — Melvin Swindle, Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City), 6-3, 290, Jr.The defensive tackle, with offers from Iowa State, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Kansas, had another big year for the Chargers (11-1), who lost in the 3A semifinals to eventual champion Lincoln Christian.
DL — Walker Niver, Sperry, 6-2, 220, Sr.Not only did he register 58 tackles, seven sacks and three fumble recoveries from his DL spot, where he was a preseason all-state performer, he also also rushed for 415 yards and 11 touchdowns.
LB — Brynden Walker, Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City), 6-4, 230, Sr.Dominating inside linebacker is ranked the seventh-best senior recruit in the state and backed it up, leading the Fighting Irish to an 11-3 record and into the 5A state finals.
LB — Krishawn Brown, Washington (Tulsa), 6-3, 205, Sr.The state's No. 10 senior recruit is headed to Kansas after recording a remarkable 76 tackles in his first six games of his senior year alone, including 16 in a 33-14 win over Bishop Kelley.
LB — Cole Thompson, Norman, 6-1, 210, Sr.Ranked the No. 17 senior recruit in the country, the Oklahoma State commit had 96 tackles and six sacks in nine games.
LB — Reise Collier Carl Albert (Midwest City), 6-2, 221, Sr.Fierce hitter and instinctive outside linebacker with great speed led the Titans (13-1) into the 5A state finals. The state's No. 28 senior recruit is starting to get a lot of attention.
LB — Emaud Triplett, Owasso, 5-11, 205, Jr.Led the state 6A-1 champs with 140 tackles, including 48 solos. Also contributed eight sacks. In back-to-back wins over Mustang and Moore, Triplett had 18 tackles apiece.
DB — Jordan Reagan, Bixby, 6-2, 178, Sr.The cornerback and wide receiver had 32 tackles and three interceptions for the state 6A-2 champs. The state's No. 13 senior recruit is committed to Oklahoma State.
DB — Kobe Holley, Stillwater, 6-1, 190, Sr.The strong safety had a monster senior year with 81 tackles, including 21 solo, to go along with seven interceptions for the 12-1 Pioneers, who finished No. 3 in the final Oklahoma computer rankings.
DB — Duece Mayberry, Owasso, 6-0, 184, Sr.The
state's No. 9 senior recruit is headed to Kansas after few defenses
passed his way. He had just one interception, but added eight pass
deflections and 27 tackles for the state 6A-1 champs.
AP — Rico Windham, Carl Albert (Midwest City), 6-0, 170, Sr.The Tulsa commit was both a playmaker on offense and lockdown corner for the Titans (13-1), leading them into the state 5A finals after winning a state crown in 2018.
AP — Daelin Stacy, Mangum, 6-1, 180, Sr.Was second in the state with 169 tackles, including 122 solo for the 11-2 Tigers. Also caught 17 passes for 479 yards (28.2 average) and four touchdowns and added five rushing touchdowns.
Second teamQB — Cole Dugger, Owasso, 6-2, 185, Sr.Led Owasso to 13-0 season and state 6A-1 title by throwing for 3,350 yards, 42 touchdowns and two interceptions. Threw for at least four touchdowns in six games, including four straight in November games.
QB — Mason Williams, Bixby, 5-11, 175, Jr.Threw for 3,491 yards, 47 touchdowns and just five interceptions for the 13-0 Spartans, who won the state 6A-2 title. Opened the season with eight touchdown passes and 435 yards in 77-47 win over Mansfield Timberview.
RB — Dominic Richardson, Bishop McGuinness, 6-1, 210, Sr.The TCU commit had another fantastic season, leading the Fighting Irish (11-3) into the 5A championship game. He came into the season with 3,556 career rushing yards and tacked on 1,726 more in 2019, including 243 and three touchdowns in a 48-22 semifinal win over Bishop Kelley and 146 more in the final, 30-15 loss to Carl Albert.
RB — Malik Roberson, Spiro, 5-8, 185, Sr.Averaged a whopping 11.5 yards per carry while piling up 1,738 yards and 27 touchdowns for the 8-3 Bulldogs. Roberson rushed for more than 200 yards in almost half his games (5), including a 278-yard, six-touchdown explosion in a 44-14 win over Keys.
WR — Jack Wright, Regent Prep (Tulsa), 6-0, 160, Sr.Led his team to the B championship and 14-1 record with 35 catches for 992 yards and 23 touchdowns. A Tulsa World Player of the Year finalist had 81 catches for 1,843 yards and 34 catches as a junior.
WR — Carson Callaway, Metro Christian, 5-10, 175, Sr.Hauled in 60 passes for 1,328 yards and 17 touchdowns for the 2A state champions. He also had 32 tackles and three interceptions on defense for 15-0 Patriots.
TE — Connor Johnson, Lincoln Christian (Tulsa), 6-3, 190, Sr.A very productive tight end had 56 catches for 1,255 yards and 23 touchdowns for the 3A champions. His best game was nine catches for 216 yards and three TDs in a 55-14 win over Kingfisher. Also a star on defense from his linebacker spot with 109 tackles, 24 for loss.
OL — Gabe Cantu, Union (Tulsa), 6-4, 300, Sr.The state's No. 27 senior recruit helped his team to a 6-5 record. The Redskins scored more than 40 five times, including a streak of 199 points to end the regular season during a four-game win streak.
OL — Maximus Johnson, Jenks, 6-3, 290, Sr.The top lineman for the perennial state powers, which finished 8-5 and reached the state 6A-1 championship, losing to Owasso. A 3.4 student, Johnson has offers from at least 13 different schools including Drake.
OL — Whit Azlin Jr., Edison, 6-0, 255, Sr.Big reason why Morrison has gone for over 4,000 yards the past two seasons.
OL — Brandon Collier, Cashion, 6-2, 220, Sr.Voted the Offensive Lineman of the Year in District A-3, Collier led a team that finished 13-1 and piled up 580 points this season. It's only loss was 20-14 to Ringling in the Class 1A championship.
OL — Trevor Burchhartzmeyer, Broken Arrow, 6-2, 290Moved to center, Burckhartzmeyer was a big reason the Tigers went 9-3 and finished sixth in the state, according to the MaxPreps computer rankings. The Tigers were one of the best teams in the state at running the ball, at 257.5 yards per game.
AP — Josh Kaste, Lincoln Christian, 5-10, 190, Sr.Led the Bulldogs to a 14-0 record and state 3A title by rushing for 1,597 yards and 28 touchdowns, while catching four more TD passes. On defense, he 77 tackles and four sacks.
AP — Javian Hester, Washington (Tulsa), 6-4, 175, Sr.The state's No. 3 senior recruit not only was the team's top receiving threat, where he'll play in college at Missouri, but he was a big contributor from his safety spot with 18 tackles and two interceptions in the team's first six games.
DL — Solomon Wright, Vian, 6-1, 267, Jr.The son of former New York Jets linebacker Kenyatta Wright, led the Wolverines to a 12-2 season and a spot in the 2A finals. He's already committed to Oklahoma State.
DL — Zane Adams, Haskell, 6-2, 245, Sr.In 10 games, the two-sport standout had 67 tackles and 16 sacks, good for second in the state for the Haymakers.
DL — C.J. Bennett, Chisholm (Enid), 6-3, 200, Sr.The defensive end had 61 tackles and 14 sacks for the 9-3 Longhorns. He set the tone for the season with three sacks in a 28-0 win over Fairview in Week 2.
LB — Campbell Yeager, Broken Arrow, 6-2, 220, Sr.Averaged a team-best 8.3 tackles per game for the 9-3 Tigers, two go along with two sacks, a pass deflection and a caused fumble.
LB — Jacobi Johnson, Midwest City, 6-4, 225, Sr.The North Texas recruit is ranked the 15th best senior recruit in the state and showed why in an impressive performance against state 6A-2 champion Bixby.
LB — Jake Patterson, Poteau, 5-11, 185, Jr.Led the state 4A champions in tackles with 94, including 14 for loss to go along with four sacks. Poteau went 13-1 and beat Weatherford 9-7 in finals.
LB — Jack Long, Pawhuska, 6-2, 185, So.Was among the state leaders in tackles with 142, but led Oklahoma with 18 sacks, leading the Huskies to a regional final where it lost to eventual champion Ringling. In that loss, Long finished the season with 20 tackles.
DB — Gage Laney, Owasso, 6-0, 170, Jr.Led the state 6A-1 champs with five interceptions to go along with 34 tackles and eight pass deflections.
DB — Myles Slusher, Broken Arrow, 6-0, 185, Sr.An ankle injury kept him out of several games, but the state's No. 2 senior recruit had 26 tackles, a sack, one interception and four pass deflections in five games.
DB — Maurion Horn, Broken Arrow, 5-11, 175, So.Already an Oklahoma commit, was in on 36 tackles and had five pass deflections for the 9-3 Tigers.
AP — Chateau Reed, Lawton, 6-3, 180, Sr.The Baylor commit as a safety, concluded a superb career with 77 career catches, 1,637 yards and 18 touchdowns.
AP — Mason Barcheers, Poteau, 5-9, 200, Sr.Led the state 4A champions in rushing with 1,331 yards and 13 touchdowns, but was also a star on defense with 53 tackles, to go along with a sack and interception.
