When it comes to explaining why Flint Hill lost, one person who can't be blamed is Raigan Mccalla. Despite the final result, she scored 23 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Mccalla hasn't dropped below 15 points for eight straight games.
Georgetown Visitation Prep's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Flint Hill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
Georgetown Visitation Prep will head out on the road to take on Bullis at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Georgetown Visitation Prep will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 33rd in District of Columbia, while Bullis is ranked third in Maryland). As for Flint Hill, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Sidwell Friends at 5:45 p.m. on February 7th. Sidwell Friends is coming into the matchup with five straight wins on the road, so Flint Hill is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
