In other batting news, Eli Lang was incredible, firing off two home runs and seven RBI while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Caden Miller, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Kinsley lost 9-2 to Ellinwood on Thursday. Kinsley has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Minneola pushed their record up to 16-2 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kinsley, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.
