There's no place like home for Winnisquam, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They put the hurt on the Berlin Mountaineers with a sharp 13-3 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bears considering their two-run performance the match before.

Winnisquam let Justin Tardif and Jacob Twombly run wild. Tardif scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Twombly scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

The win got Winnisquam back to even at 1-1.
