After each having a week off, The Niles Notre Dame Dons and the De La Salle Meteors will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. Niles Notre Dame is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home.
Last Friday, Niles Notre Dame came up short against Marist and fell 35-26.
Meanwhile, De La Salle didn't have too much trouble with DePaul College Prep at home on Friday as they won 34-20. The victory was just what De La Salle needed coming off of a 55-20 defeat in their prior game.
Kenyonte Louis was on fire: he rushed for 232 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, and also threw for 113 yards and a touchdown. The team also got some help courtesy of David Coffey, who rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown.
Marist's victory bumped their season record to 4-5 while Niles Notre Dame's loss dropped theirs to 2-7.
