Aiden Scott Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Shawnee Heights came up short on Friday despite Aiden Scott delivering his best game to date. Scott threw for 593 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per attempt, and also punched in a rushing score. The performance once again pushed his average passing yardage north of 300 yards per game (350.4).

Bryer Finley Delivers Best Performance of Season
Seaman was led to victory by Bryer Finley, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Finley picked up 298 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (136). His receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 148 receiving yards dating back to last season.
Seaman's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Finley will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Shawnee Heights on Friday.

Huston Came Up Big in Seaman's 43-22 Victory
Another Seaman player making an appearance on this list is Max Huston. He threw for 349 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 83 yards. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Lansing, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Huston. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Huston saw the Lions), he rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 236 yards and two touchdowns.
