If Fort Bend Marshall wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lancaster, they should've done a better job of containing Vincient Green II. The Tigers came out on top against the Buffalos by a score of 37-29 on Saturday thanks in part to Green II, who posted 16 points and six rebounds. He is becoming a predictor of Lancaster's success: when he posts at least 15 points the team is 2-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

The victory got Lancaster back to even at 4-4. As for Fort Bend Marshall, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Lancaster will take on Lewisville in a tournament on Thursday. As for Fort Bend Marshall, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Fort Bend Bush at 7:00 p.m.
