Volleyball Recap: Reagan Cooper Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat West Bloomfield + How To Watch

If West Bloomfield wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Walled Lake Northern, they should've done a better job of containing Allie Epley. The Knights put the hurt on the Lakers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday with plenty of help from Epley, who had 14 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played dating back to last season.

Walled Lake Northern was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 25-14.

Walled Lake Northern got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Reagan Cooper out in front who had 13 assists and five digs.

Walled Lake Northern is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for West Bloomfield, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

After both having extra time off, Walled Lake Northern and South Lyon East will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Knights' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for West Bloomfield, they will square off against Kettering at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
