Another player making a difference was Kyra Lowe, who put up three points and four steals.
South Bend Washington smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Penn only pulled down four offensive boards.
Despite the loss, Penn saw an underclassman step up: freshman Addison Hummel dropped a double-double on 11 points and 15 boards. With that strong performance, Hummel is now averaging an impressive 8 rebounds per game.
