Leading Canyon View to victory were Maya Nichols and Maylee Spencer. Nichols scored 16 points along with six steals, while Spencer scored 14 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The matchup was Spencer's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Bethanee Vargas was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three steals.
The victory got Canyon View back to even at 5-5. As for Stansbury, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
