The North Broward Prep Eagles can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 45-8 victory over Coral Springs Charter. The result was nothing new for North Broward Prep, who have now won three contests by 33 points or more so far this season.
Mason Chapman looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 240 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt. Anthony Mestre also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
North Broward Prep's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Coral Springs Charter, their loss was their fifth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 3-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Broward Prep will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Pine Crest at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. As for Coral Springs Charter, they will take on Sebastian River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
