Bartram Trail has gone a perfect 8-0 against Bolles recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bears will challenge the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bartram Trail has four straight victories, Bolles has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Bartram Trail will bounce into Friday's game after beating Creekside, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Bears came out on top in a nail-biter against the Knights on Thursday, sneaking past 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bears have posted against the Knights since April 1, 2021.

Rommeney Patrey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 13 consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Bartram Trail saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucie McDonald, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Bartram Trail hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Creekside struck out six times.
Meanwhile, Bolles lost 11-1 to Fernandina Beach on Thursday.
Leighton Dostie made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run.
Bartram Trail pushed their record up to 10-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bolles, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
Bolles' hitters will have their work cut out for them on Friday. Bartram Trail has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.6 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Bolles, though, as they've been averaging only 3 strikeouts. Will Bartram Trail keep running through batters, or will the Bulldogs buck the trend?
Bartram Trail beat Bolles 9-4 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
