Cross Keys is on a three-game streak of home losses, North Georgia HomeSchool a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Cross Keys Indians will take on the North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Tuesday, Cross Keys had to suffer through a rough 94-42 loss at the hands of Clarkston. Cross Keys has struggled against Clarkston recently, as their game on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Keandre Tucker, who scored 16 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Holmes, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, North Georgia HomeSchool pushed their score all the way to 59 back in January, but even that wasn't enough to win. Their tough 79-59 defeat to White Creek Christian Academy might stick with them for a while.
Cross Keys has not been sharp recently as the team has lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season. As for North Georgia HomeSchool, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
