Sale Creek found their leader in underclassman Madilynn Ellis, who scored 14 points along with five assists and five steals. Ellis is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games she's played. Caroline Holland was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Collegedale Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Sale Creek, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.
