Blue Ridge Christian's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-2. As for Ridgeview Christian, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-9.
Blue Ridge Christian took their win against the Crusaders in their previous meeting last Saturday by a conclusive 48-28. The rematch might be a little tougher for Blue Ridge Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
