The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Ogdensburg Free Academy in their matchups with Gouverneur: they've now lost seven in a row.
Raine Rumble was a one-man wrecking crew for Gouverneur as he scored 37 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Rumble has scored at least 25% of Gouverneur's points. Jared Donaldson was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
Ogdensburg Free Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gouverneur, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Potsdam the next time they take the court. Gouverneur will host Potsdam at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, while Ogdensburg Free Academy will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
