Selections are based on team success, individual production and local, regional and state honors from the recently completed season. Potential at the college or professional level is not a primary consideration. Players in post-graduate programs are not eligible for inclusion.

Jordan Brown, Woodcreek (Roseville, Calif.)
6-9 | 180 | ForwardSacramento Bee All-Metro selection produced 22.7 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocked shots per game. Woodcreek won 27 games and reached CIF Division I regional final.
Foster Loyer, Clarkston (Mich.)
5-11 | 155 | GuardSon of former Pistons interim coach John Loyer earned all-state and Detroit Free Press All-Metro honors. Put up 17.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game in Michigan's largest classification for team that went 24-1.
Javonte Smart, Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, La.)
6-3 | 175 | GuardClass 5A first team all-state pick averaged 15.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game for state champion Hornets.
Robert Woodard, Columbus (Miss.)
6-5 | 205 | WingFourth-team all-state pick by the Clarion Ledger averaged 15.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game for 22-6 Falcons.
