Parkview Baptist entered their tilt with Family Christian on Saturday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Flames with a sharp 18-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 16 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Parkview Baptist pushed their record up to 23-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.2 runs over those games. As for Family Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkview Baptist will venture away from home to face off against University Lab at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Eagles 2.1, the Cubs 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Family Christian, they will face off against Woodlawn-B.R. at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Flames are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
