The North Hills Christian Eagles lost against the North Rowan Cavaliers back in November of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. North Hills Christian took a serious blow against the Cavaliers, falling 74-16. North Hills Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-12.
Despite the defeat, North Hills Christian saw an underclassman step up: Addison Shehan scored nine points.
North Hills Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for North Rowan, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.
North Hills Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Rowan will head out on the road to face off against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
