Marco Island Academy had won two straight road games and Sophia Ogdin did her part to make it three on Friday. Everything went the Rays' way against the Aubrey Rogers Patriots as they made off with a 3-0 win thanks in part to Ogdin, who had 21 digs and one assist. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-8, 25-15.

Marco Island Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Aubrey Rogers, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Marco Island Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Calvary Christian on the 6th. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will take on Immokalee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
