The Parkway Northwest Hoyas put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 63-47 victory over Girard Academic Music Program. That looming 63-47 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Parkway Northwest yet this season.
Jayden Gladden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 17 points. Kahleem Jordan was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Girard Academic Music Program's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jared Walker, who scored 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Charles Morrison, who scored ten points.
Parkway Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Girard Academic Music Program, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
Parkway Northwest will be home for the holidays to greet Elverson Military Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Girard Academic Music Program, they will head out on the road to face off against Prep Charter at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Prep Charter is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
