It's playoff time, and Nitro had no trouble coming through when it counted. They claimed a resounding 54-26 win over the Chapmanville Regional Tigers. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Nitro's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Natalie Smith, who went 6-for-10 to rack up 14 points along with seven boards and three steals. Smith is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 60% in the last three games she's played. Mika Adams was another key player, shooting 50% from the field on her way to 14 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Nitro smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.

Nitro has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points over those games. Chapmanville Regional has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
