That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Covenant Life's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Danny Melendez, who scored 12 points along with 6 steals and 5 assists.
Despite the loss, Arlington Baptist still got an impressive performance from Zachary Davis, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 16 rebounds. The match was Davis' fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brendon Brown, who scored 10 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals.
Covenant Life now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Arlington Baptist, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Covenant Life will be playing in front of their home fans against Maryland School for the Deaf at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
