Faery has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Bella Thrush, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, everything went Starpoint's way against West Seneca West on Monday as Starpoint made off with a 72-50 win. Given Starpoint's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while West Seneca West is ranked 137th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Wilson's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Starpoint, their win bumped their record up to 7-0.
