Forest Lake had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Concordia Academy Beacons.

Despite the defeat, Concordia Academy had strong showings from Piper Sutherland, who had five digs and two aces, and Addie Pickett, who had seven digs.

Forest Lake's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Concordia Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13-1 record this season.

Forest Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Andover on the 11th. As for Concordia Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against St. Croix Prep at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
