The Twin Lakes Indians entered their tilt with the Frankfort Hot Dogs with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Twin Lakes came out on top against Frankfort by a score of 43-33 on Friday. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Twin Lakes has scored all season.
Twin Lakes had a senior duo take command as Gavin Businger scored 13 points along with four steals and Jamison Ousley scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Ousley has scored at least 25% of Twin Lakes' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Kyser, who scored six points along with nine rebounds.
Twin Lakes pushed their record up to 5-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for Frankfort, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twin Lakes won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against North White at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th. North White will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings (they are ranked 415th, while Twin Lakes is ranked 193rd). Frankfort won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Sheridan at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th. One thing working in Sheridan's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
