1A-2 Region IV District 14 recap September 24, 2013
Woodsboro added to the longest winning streak in 1A-2 Region IV District 14 this week by beating Kenedy, 14-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Eagles.
Woodsboro moved up to 709 from 815 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Eagles were able to move up by defeating the Lions 14-0.
Falls City's Dean Gaskamp and Austen Camber have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Gaskamp has thrown for 412 yards this season, while Camber has 8 catches for 161 yards. Corey Barnes from Runge leads the league in rushing with 497 yards.
The Beavers took down D'Hanis 52-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Justin Twine threw for 41 yards and ran for 118 yards during the win.
