 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Bergenfield, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  7-5  win over Glen Rock  on Thursday. The  victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bears as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
 Bergen Tech's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Bergenfield, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.
 Bergen Tech might still be hurting after the  12-5 loss they got from Bergenfield  in their previous meeting  back in June of 2021. Can the Knights avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
