Salem Hills is 1-9 against Spanish Fork since April of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Skyhawks will be playing at home against the Dons at 3:30 p.m. Salem Hills is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.4 runs per game this season.

Keyana Murray spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 13 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Samaya Haveron and Emmery Wilson did most of the damage at the plate: Haveron went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Wilson went 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Camryn Guest, who went 2-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.
Salem Hills always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wasatch only posted an OBP of .241.
Meanwhile, while it was Spanish Fork who put the first runs on the board on Friday, it was Maple Mountain who put up more. The Dons came up short against the Golden Eagles, falling 11-4. The Dons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Lia Higginson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Mayci Shelly, who went 2-for-3 with one home run.
Salem Hills' victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Spanish Fork, they now have a losing record of 11-12.
Spanish Fork's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Salem Hills has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .532. It's a different story for Spanish Fork, though, as they've only averaged .352. Will they be able to contain Salem Hills' hitters?
Salem Hills took their win against Spanish Fork in their previous matchup on April 9th by a conclusive 17-2 score. Will the Skyhawks repeat their success, or do the Dons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
