The Greenbrier Wolfpack's's four-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They snuck past Harlem with a 34-28 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Greenbrier also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Greenbrier got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Emily Mcmurray out in front who scored 15 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Alannah McDermott, who scored 9 points along with 4 steals.
Greenbrier's win bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Harlem, the last time they won on the road was back on Tuesday. Having now lost three straight away contests, they've bumped their record down to 1-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenbrier will square off against Evans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Evans focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 last Friday. Harlem is on the road again on Saturday and play against Washington-Wilkes at 4:30 p.m. on December 2nd.
