Kelliher/Northome's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Kate Thayer led the charge by  almost  dropping  a triple-double with 27 points, nine  boards,  and nine  steals. Thayer is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in each of the last 57 games she's  played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kylee Binkley, who  shot 40% from the field on her way to 22  points in addition to six  rebounds and five  assists.
 Kelliher/Northome  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 25  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least nine  offensive rebounds in 22 consecutive  games.
 Several Gators players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Kenzie Dahl, who  dropped  a double-double with 32 points and 15  boards. What's more,  Dahl also posted a 45%  shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's  achieved since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Teagan Landsrud, who  went 7-for-12  to rack up 18  points along with six  rebounds and four  steals.
Kelliher/Northome's record now sits at 25-3. As for Badger/Greenbush-Middle River, their loss dropped their record down to 16-12.
