Alvin Henderson's Big Game Leads Elba over Georgiana
Alvin Henderson continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 23rd-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least two rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 243 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.3 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 94-yard run.
If the past is any indication, Henderson could be in store for another big game when he takes on Florala on Friday. When Henderson last faced the Wildcats back in October of 2023, he rushed for 355 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 17.8 yards per carry.

Mckenzie Gets a Boost from Jackson in 52-44 Win
McKenzie picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Quay Jackson. Brantley had no answer to Jackson as he threw for 237 yards and three touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown. Jackson also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.
McKenzie pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Jackson and McKenzie will head out on the road to face off against Red Level at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Rayshon Coleman and Co. Win Fourth in a Row
Rayshon Coleman's big game helped extend Florala's winning streak to four on Friday. Coleman showed up in a big way, rushing for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (100.6) per game.
Florala has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats takes on Elba at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Cayden Adkins Goes Supernova in Elba Win
Cayden Adkins's big game helped extend Elba's winning streak to six on Friday. Adkins was dynamite, picking up a sack and making 14 total tackles. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making 14 total tackles.
Georgiana had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Adkins it was a similar story. When Adkins last faced the Panthers back in October of 2023, he made ten total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Ayden Willsey Turns in Season-Best Performance
Ayden Willsey produced his most outstanding game to date while leading McKenzie to the win on Friday. Willsey rushed for 178 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the season, Willsey has averaged 14.6 receiving yards per game.
