Croatan lost to Dixon back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

Croatan walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-17.

Croatan's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Dixon, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Croatan will take on rival Swansboro at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dixon is set to challenge their familiar foe West Carteret at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
