Emma Romeka put in work no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Romeka wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kenidi Phoenix, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.
