Village was the 39-32 winner over St. Agnes Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Village Vikings fell just short of the St. Agnes Academy Tigers by a score of 36-34 on Friday. The Vikings' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Village's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for St. Agnes Academy, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Village will face off against Incarnate Word Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Agnes Academy, they will square off against Concordia Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
