Jefferson City kept a clean sheet against La Monte on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Vikings. Considering Jefferson City have won four games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Jefferson City pushed their record up to 7-5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for La Monte, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
