They fell just short of the Senators by a score of 87-85. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game last Tuesday (69), Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy still had to take the loss.
Despite the loss, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Luke Sanders, who scored 40 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sanders has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Vest, who scored seven points along with 15 rebounds.
Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Taft, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy will take on Norwood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Norwood is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Taft, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Western Hills at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Western Hills has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,042 points over their last 15 matches.
