Chayton Goodwin produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Goodland to the win on Friday. Goodwin rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 70 yards.
On the season, Goodwin has averaged 21 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to four.

Rounding off our Top Five is Korbin Johnson of Holcomb. Johnson picked up 67 receiving yards, and also rushed for 46 yards. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 59 yards.
Holcomb's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2. Johnson's next game is against Hugoton on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.
