Evergreen dropped down to 5-2 on Thursday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a 35-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Green Mountain Rams. The Cougars lost against the Rams in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 36-0 score last time.
