With a playoff game on the line, the Hand Tigers rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They strolled past the Cadets with points to spare, taking the game 29-14. The victory was familiar territory for Hand who now have ten in a row.
It was another big night for Aidan Dolan, who rushed for 258 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Dolan has been hot recently, having posted 100 or more rushing yards the last three times he's played.
Hand has yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 10-1 record. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.4 points per game. As for St. Joseph, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
Hand will face off against ATI [Abbott RVT/Immaculate] at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (ATI [Abbott RVT/Immaculate]: 8.3, Hand: 10.4) so any points scored will be well earned. St. Joseph does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
