After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kennedy, Derby was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Crosby Bulldogs. Isaac McNeill made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in May of 2024.
