Ringwood put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season on Thursday. Everything came up roses for them against Garber as the squad secured a 56-12 win. Ringwood were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win got Ringwood back to even at 4-4. The defeat dropped Garber's record to 2-5.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Ringwood will take on Cherokee at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: these teams both put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up. As for Garber, they will face off against Pioneer-Pleasant Vale. Backed by four consecutive blowout victories, Pioneer-Pleasant Vale are looking for someone to give them a challenge; hopefully Garber will step up.
