The Middletown Blue Raiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Trinity as Middletown made off with a 72-51 victory. The victory was nothing new for Middletown as they're now sitting on four straight.
Despite the loss, Trinity still got an impressive performance from Owen Schlager, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Reece Brown, who scored ten points.
Middletown is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Trinity, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-4.
Middletown will take on the Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity, they will head out on the road to square off against the Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bishop McDevitt will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 227th, while the Shamrocks are ranked 99th).
