Louisa County waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Charlottesville Black Knights get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Louisa County pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average over those games. As for Charlottesville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-15.

Charlottesville has already played their next match (against Orange County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Louisa County will be paying especially close attention to the Black Knights' game: after the Black Knights face off against the Fighting Hornets, they'll take on Louisa County again at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
