McComb's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Richland by a score of 3-2. If McComb hoped to take revenge for the 7-0 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.

McComb bumped their record down to 6-6 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 5.0 goals per game. As for Richland, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6-3 record this season.
McComb will be playing in front of their home fans against Raymond at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Raymond comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Richland, they will head out on the road to take on Hartfield Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
