The Credo Gryphon lost against the Cloverdale Eagles back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Credo lost to Cloverdale on the road by a decisive 48-29 margin. Credo has struggled against Cloverdale recently, as their match on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Jordan Patton was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 19 points along with 5 rebounds. Diesel Cavallo was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 10 rebounds.
Credo now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Cloverdale, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.
Credo will take on Rancho Cotate at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Cloverdale and Orland will face off at 2:00 p.m. on December 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Orland focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
