Chenango Valley led Section 4 B Division III in scoring this week after putting up 35 points on Windsor Central.
The Warriors made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,383 from 4,999. The advance stemmed from a 35-0 victory over the Black Knights last week.
Thanks to the talents of Brendan Lord and Scott Conrade Oneonta has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Lord leads the league in passing with 474 yards, while Conrade has rushed for 350 yards this season. Chenango Valley's Zack Collins leads the league in receiving yards with 245 on 13 catches.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Norwich takes on second place Chenango Valley. Last week, Norwich fell to Maine-Endwell, while Jay Hope's team defeated Windsor Central.
