South Oldham put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Bullitt East 49-7. The win was familiar territory for South Oldham, who now have six in a row.
Meanwhile, Bullitt Central might have drawn first blood against Oldham County, but it was Oldham County who got the last laugh. Bullitt Central were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 33-38 to Oldham County.
South Oldham's victory lifted them to 6-1 while Bullitt Central's defeat dropped them down to 5-2. We'll find out if South Oldham can add another positive mark to their record or if Bullitt Central can shake off the loss and take the spring out of South Oldham's step.
